Mike's Italian Deli & Grill

Mike's Deli is the absolute best place in CT to get all your sandwich needs. The server, Lyla, was exceptionally amazing. Not only did she make a great bacon, egg, and cheese, but she also provided a beautiful conversation for my morning. She mentioned that she's in school right now- I can't wait for her to come back!

Whenever we stop in at Mike's it's always perfect. Great local shop with great food and friendly atmosphere. I usually get a grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato and spicy mustard and it is excellent every time. I haven't been there too often for breakfast but when I have the sandwiches and coffee are great.if you are in the area I highly recommend giving them a try

Ordered 3 subs and one was totally wrong, but when I called, they couldn’t have been nicer about it. They owned it right away and went above and beyond to make it right. Honestly some of the best customer service I’ve had anywhere! The food was just as impressive. The turkey sub was stacked perfectly with plenty of fresh meat and the perfect balance of bread and fillings. The grinder roll was soft and fresh, held up perfectly, and didn’t get soggy. The tuna salad was killer too: fresh, flavorful, and the mayo-to-tuna ratio was spot on. You can tell they really care about what they do and take pride in everything they do.

Growing up in Bridgeport, we had the best roast beef and fried onions on what we call sliders now. I think they were only $1 at that time. Then as a teenager we had the Red Roaster Deli on North Ave & Center St. OMG. OUTSTANDING FOOD. FRESH Italian bread from Pacelli’s bakery behind the North Avenue jail the owners were wonderful. They had the best Roast Beef & Gravy grinders and French sticks. Very sad when they sold Then I came across Mike’s in Milford. Oh my God. Second best to the number one it’s too bad. I don’t live close enough and I no longer drive because their grinders and sandwiches are to die for. I beg people when they go out there or coming from that area to bring me food literally beg to the point where I will buy a hot roast beef grinder and a grilled chicken cutlet with

They were so kind and made me and my 2 year old feel right at home, even brought him extra cheese when he asked. Amazing service! Very thankful to have experienced!
