Taco Bell

So the atmosphere is rated for the outside so it didn’t look bad but it looks plain. Whenever I go there, the food is good, but it usually makes my stomach feel bad. Also, I don’t think the hot sauce packets are big enough like I used two inside of one meal and it was hardly any. I even added extra hot sauce from my fridge. It was still like barely any spice at all. so the service was pretty nice, but the food took longer than usual to get.

Worst taco bell I've been to. This place takes the "fast" out of fast food Took us 30 minutes to get food, workers were just standing around while the entire lobby was full of people waiting. Corporate needs to step in and do something about this location.

On a freezing, snowy night in Mooresville, we weren't even sure if anyone would be open—but we are so glad you were. Despite the bad weather, we were greeted by a genuinely warm and pleasant voice at the speaker. The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive, which was such a bright spot in the cold. Thank you so much to the team for sticking it out and being there for us tonight!

Where do I start, the worst Taco Bell experience in my lifetime. The dining room and food service area were both dirty. The wait time was long, they didn't give me my glass for my drink and when they did after i asked, my first two choices for a soft drink did not work, the steak soft taco had a cold tortilla shell, and the "warm" cinnamon desert was not warm at all. In their defense, they were busy and seemed to be very understaffed, but still not somewhere i would recommend. This would be a good place to start a restaurant...

This location has been very hit or miss lately. 3 times now, the quality of preparation has been very low. And I know, it's Taco Bell, but c'mon. Several Cheesy Gordita Crunches I've had don't have cheese melted (this time, not any at all, really) or any modifications I pay extra for. My burritos aren't grilled. Again, I paid extra for that. And i have to ask for items in my order that aren't in my bag. Whoever they got working now shouldn't be working for them or need to lay off the wax pen. Everytime ive visited, it's never been slammed busy or have had a drive-through line busting out the back onto Morton Ave. Working with food is only hard if you make it that way.
