Culver’s

Food was lukewarm and not made correctly. My jaw was sore after eating the food. The lady that took our order was the only up beat person in the place. From my viewpoint it looks like the workers are doing just enough to get by. Love Culver's but I won't be coming back to this location

This Culver's has a person in a booth to take your order in the drive thru. Very nice! Did not eat inside but order was prompt and correct. They even labeled the drinks on top. Took about 4 minutes to receive the two combos and kids meal.

I usually enjoy Culver’s for the food, but this visit left me feeling uncomfortable. The atmosphere didn’t sit right with me because the manager was standing extremely close to a very young girl who was working the register. The interaction gave me creepy vibes and made the situation feel inappropriate and awkward as a customer. It took away from the overall experience, and it’s not something I expect or want to witness while dining out. Because of that, I’m hesitant to return to this location.

We are so caught up on making a coupon work, they still didn't get my order right when I said it both at the drive-thru speaker and at the window when she said the wrong item. Unfortunately I really hate regular chicken tenders and never get them when Buffalo's not available, so getting buffalo tenders after paying for a meal I don't typically get just to get that coupon was a really frustrating experience, a total letdown. Also, please repeat the order back to the customer your drive-thru screen is not working. There was no way for me to be certain you didn't have the right meal, and I didn't finish my fries for about 10 minutes into the drive away and there was no way I was going back. I am on a road trip and cannot waste 20 minutes to go back at this point. Thanks for reading, hopefully

This is the place to stop for a burger. Yes, they have more than just burgers. Known for their cheese curds. They are cheese heads from Wisconsin. The gluten-free bun for a burger is great. Bathrooms are always clean. The dining area is spotless. Oh yeah, let's not forget they have top-notch customer care. Great place to stop if you are by yourself or with a group. Also, the ice cream is amazing. Check out the flavor of the day.
