Eggcellent Day

Traveling for work, found it rated as one of the best places to eat in Martinsville. Checked the reviews and knew this was the place to eat breakfast. I knew I wanted this spinach tomato bacon Benedict based on other reviews and it did not disappoint! It actually exceeded my already high expectations. Incredibly well balance of textures and flavors. The English muffin had great chew and had a nice crest and the melted butter was there. The hollandaise sauce was so good! No need for salt, pepper, or even ketchup for the hash browns. There was enough hollandaise for the whole plate. Great service! Food came out quick! Im confident the rest of the menu is top notch! Highly recommend if in the area!

We have visited a handful of times since they opened. The service has been great and we've been happy with our meals for the most part. Looking forward to trying more things on the menu

Martinsville FINALLY has a breakfast spot it deserves. The food, service, and atmosphere were all awesome. The coffee was good, and I’m still thinking about that cinnamon roll… easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The breakfast tacos hit the spot, and the home fries are a must. So happy to have this new go-to in town. Can’t wait to come back! UPDATE: Went back for a second time for lunch and was equally impressed! Quick service and one of the best salads I’ve had in awhile! Apples, goat cheese, pecans, and chicken that was cooked perfectly!

Bacon was undercooked and the rest of the food was just ok. Service was the same, not the worse, but not the best either, the friendliest person was at the checkout counter. Also, while skillets and Benedicts are great offerings, for a place name "EGGcellent", it would be nice if they offered a good old fashioned egg breakfast.

We had ribeye steak, potatoes and eggs for breakfast. It was eggcellent. I would definitely go here again. Very clean, good service and quick.
