OK, so I went to go pick up an order that I placed earlier that morning to be picked up around 3:45 I show up probably 10 minutes later than that and I go in a lady pulls up my order and me my drink and so I wait to the side thinking that I’m about to get my food a lady who I’m guessing is the manager I’m not sure, comes up and tells me that my order was canceled by me and how she was not able to see my order but how are you not able to see my order but you know exactly what drink I got I go back-and-forth with her and tell her that I never canceled the order. I was never able to cancel my order so how could I cancel my order without being able to? She said I somehow did it and I asked her for a refund and she said she wasn’t gonna give me one and I would have to do it through the app. Aga

Luis at the register was kind and patient with our order. We got to briefly speak to some of the ladies that work the back/drive through. They we so friendly. It was a great atmosphere. Our food was delicious. The tacos/food actually had meat/cheese was decently full. Very happy. Great establishment to eat at.

I'm not sure what's up with this location, but for the last 3 times I've been here they constantly mess up my order. I always order steak chalupas but for some reason they give me chicken ones. This last time was the worst where the drive thru showed they input steak chalupas but the receipt showed chicken chalupas so can't even dispute it. It's annoying that they can't seem to get this right.

The 1st time I went to this taco bell location sat down and started contemplating what to order and after a while the cashier yelled to me CAN YOU PLEASE ORDER ALREADY! After that I ordered 4 burritos 2 orders of the 5 piece chicken nugget’s and 2 orders of nacho fries the burritos was lukewarm, the chicken was old cold and dry, and the nacho fries was called and they wasn’t properly seasoned. After giving them the food i asked them to remake and they refused to do so after they refused to remake it i asked for a refund and they refused that request as well. After arguing for about 5 minutes they finally agreed to make the food and after they did so i went about my day. 2nd time i went here i ordered my food on the Kiosk which worked perfectly fine i ordered 3 burritos and a mountain dew b

You cannot go wrong with Taco Bell. If I wanted to, I would live off of their value menu. I do not remember the last time I looked at the rest of the menu. I know that there's a lot to offer, but I'm just fine ordering from the value menu for myself. Ofcourse, I get whatever my family members want for themselves. I stick to the same 3 items: shredded chicken quesadilla, spicy potato soft taco, and occasionally the bean and cheese burrito. I don't eat beef or pork, so those menu items are not an option. I am never disappointed. Each location is consistent in their preparation of these items. At this location, the staff members are always so pleasant. Other locations are pretty good as well.
