Taco Bell

Took my family to get Taco Bell—because sometimes you just want chaos in a tortilla. Ordered Doritos Locos Tacos, came home, opened the bag, and instantly knew we had entered the “Why do I even try?” chapter of the evening. Every taco was falling apart like it had just received bad news. Holders? Apparently a myth. Instead they lovingly glued the shells to the wrappers like a tragic craft project. They also added sour cream to everything, despite me never uttering the word “supreme.” My 8-year-old took one look and asked, “Did no one listen to your order?” When your child is already diagnosing customer service issues… you know adults have failed. Then there was the crispy chicken taco. Or should I say: The Chicken Fossil. Overcooked so dry I’m pretty sure it crunched back at me. Looked

I mean, it's Taco Bell. But I give it 5 stars for a Taco Bell drive thru. They always get it right and are friendly and fast. Well, once in a while they forget my daughter's cinnamon twists. So one Service star off for that. But otherwise, thanks for reliably good fast food tacos.

We’ve lived near this Taco Bell for years. The last few months in particular we’ve noticed a difference in how busy they’ve been. A recent drive through experience was wonderful with the gentleman who took our order and gave us our food being courteous, making eye contact and having great customer service skills. They did however leave a few items out. I made a comment on the app and the manager called leaving a message that night & then tried calling again the next day & getting ahold of me. She made it right the next time we went through. Very impressed with how she’s turned the restaurant around and at the excellent communication!

So crazy! I realize this is fast food and not much should be expected, but for almost 2.00 it would be nice if my daughter's burrito wasn't so tiny. Her hands are very small so she put the burrito in for reference.

The clerk was super friendly and polite. The food EPIC FAIL. Steak Chalupa had practically nothing on it. The loaded beef nachos had ABSOLUTELY NO BEEF AT ALL.
