McDonald’s

The Google map says it's as busy as it gets here but there's no one in the drive through and a dozen people waiting for their food in the lobby. No one's up front to take orders or greet anyone that comes in. The inside customers are promptly ignored. The new interior design of this McDonald's is cold and vacant.

Ordered dinner for three people to go in the dining room. Food came out pretty quickly but... they forgot the dipping sauce for the nuggeys. Tried to call the store, hung up on. Went back to the store and no applogy from the manger or anything about the cold fries and burger I had the joy of trying to consume for dinner when I got home.On top of being cold, they were terrible burgers. Knew something was wrong when another couple in front of me upon return had said the same thing but, it was a Happy Meal that was missing. Another employee brought the Happy Meal up while the couple was showing the staff how they had been charged but not given the food and said, "Here it is". Again no apology. Got the bike out for one last ride before winter sets in and got hungry a bit. The staff was extremely friendly and the food was actually fresh and very tasty. Never thought I'd leave a good review for a McDonald's. Weird but accurate.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. I have never been to a McDonald’s that is slower than this, and I have tried this place several times and every time I am amazed at how slow their service is. My most recent visit, of course, had me pulling up to wait for my order. I waited for 20 minutes and when I went in, they had no record of my order. So I had to stand in there and wait even longer while they redid the order. He had to come check with me twice what it was that I ordered. While I was there, a DoorDash person came in and waited forever and said this is absolutely the worst McDonald’s in town. They need to do something

As an avid McDonld’s consumer who has been to numerous locations across the US, I can confidently say that this one is **by far** the worst. Instead of hiring a bunch of 14 year olds who clearly aren’t ready to enter the workforce, maybe they should focus on their turnaround time on orders instead of sending every car to a stall waiting for 20+ minutes while there isn’t a single car in the drive thru. It was my first time going to this location, but I will continue going out of my way to the 21st and Ridge location. Definitely needs new management if it wants to keep returning customers. -10/10 recommend
