The lady who works here is very kind and friendly! The iced drinks taste awesome but the hot drinks aren't quite what I like but I'm sure some other people do. The shop is very clean and they do an amazing job! Go here and get a drink right now!

I got to meet with one of the co-owners and she was a delight to deal with. All I needed was a cup of ice water and some napkins which didn't cost me anything but she was more than happy to help which shows that they are about making customers happy and not about profit. This is a great place to try good coffee as well so if you're up for atmosphere and good times and polite customer service I'd recommend this place over anywhere else :-)

This place is amazing! I feel blessed that it’s a walking distance from my home. I love the people who work here they are always positive and give the best service. Their double chocolate muffin is to die for, and I love love love their shaken espresso. This shop used to be Buffalo Brew, and although I loved Buffalo Brew, I am loving this new and improved Bloom Coffee Shop even more. It’s awesome that it is sister-owned too! My go to coffee.

Great spot! The ladies were super friendly, customer service was top-notch, and the coffee was absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back.
