Taco Bell

The late night drive thru is so slow. After getting to the speaker they ask you to hold on for 5 minutes before even taking your order. If there’s more than 3 cars queued it’s faster just to drive down to State St. They mess up a quesadilla in ways that I can only imagine is a joke. Which is weird since they have no other orders distracting them.

One of my orders was done incorrectly due to an item shortage a while back; they made it as well as they could and let me know they could remake it once everything was back in stock. They remade it today and James is one of the best managers out there. Made me feel super welcome.

The most consistently slow of the Madison locations. Make sure you have 15 minutes to wait in line for drive thru. One of the few TBs where the hold up is at the order taking stage and not the food prep/ handover stage.

Place is never open. Drive through voice says the typical "hi may I take your order" and then nothing. I have gone 2 days in a row in the middle of the day and end up wasting 10 minutes sitting there waiting for someone in the restaurant to actually pick up and take an order. Nothing. Go to the lobby doors. It's locked. What's the point of even keeping the place open. At the least put a sign up or close the drive through. Also don't expect steak in your quesadea if you paid for it. They still give you chicken. Don't put a custom order in either because they won't bother. I have a friend who's vegan and asks for the spicy potato taco with no cheese and sour cream. Not once have they ever got it right. No one at this place seems to care so why even keep it open

To be honest. This was probably the best food I've gotten from a Taco Bell on years! The staff seemed like they had good chemistry. People seemed happy. It showed in the quality of the food. Thank you so much for a delicious meal.
