I work drive thru myself, and I come here because I always receive quality and the service is great. I appreciate that as someone who does drive thru every day also. I got the steak quesadilla tonight which has no lettuce to begin with so I didn’t think I had to worry about it since I really don’t like lettuce. However I was honestly surprised of the amount of lettuce it had in it… I’d understand maybe a piece of lettuce fell in there accidentally, but there was atleast 5 pieces in it and it doesn’t even have lettuce on the menu. Couldn’t even finish my meal because I was worried what else I would find. I’ll definitely be going to a different location next time.
I was regular of this taco bell, coming in a couple times a week. I came in today and my usual order was 50% more expensive than it was just a few months ago. It's not really not worth the money anymore. I'll go elsewhere from now on.
Well I ordered a chalupa meal asked for a soft taco bc I can barely eat anything crunchy... When I got my good the Chalupa was hard as heck I couldn't even eat it and the taco was crunchy... This is NOT the first time my orders have been messed up I figured to give them a chance NEVER AGAIN!!!!! ONLY THING RIGHT WAS THE DRINKS
Usually follows tickets well, and you get your order relatively fast. However lately they have been messing up tickets as if in a rush at ALL times. Even when slow.
