MOD Pizza

Yesterday, 2/13/2026, I came to this location around 4:30 p.m. When I arrived I was greeted by the pizza maker. I explained what I wanted and upon me asking the pizza maker to please make sure there isn't any cheese in the tomato sauce (there was cheese in the tomato sauce) when she puts it on my pizza because I am lactose intolerant. Her response was "you have to let us know as soon as possible that you are lactose intolerant, otherwise we can't read your mind". I found her comment to be highly disrespectful. I ignored her ignorant comment and proceeded to tell her what else I wanted on my pizza. I asked her to sprinkled garlic on the crust. I told her it didn't have to be perfect. Her response was, " Normally we don't do that" and as she's putting the garlic on the crust she asks if I

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this MOD Pizza location. When I walked in, there were three employees hanging around by the drink station. One went to the back, another left the store completely, and the third was sweeping. I stood in line for seven full minutes with no other customers in the store before anyone even acknowledged me. The woman sweeping was standing only a few feet away and clearly saw me waiting, but it took her that long to finally come over. When she did, she didn’t greet me or even say hello—just immediately asked, “What would you like?” To make matters worse, she didn’t wash her hands after sweeping and using a dustpan before handling food, and she had headphones in the entire time. The exceptional manager went above the call of duty when having to deal with door dash. Door dash really dropped the ball and didn't care they did. Thankfully, the manager stood behind Mods name and didn't let them tarnish it. Just wanted to say thanks for the excellent attention tonight. My son was very greatful he said it was twice as good as normal. Thank you. More an0d more things change. Glad Mods staying the same. Great as always.

➡️Being gluten-free and dairy-free means that MOD Pizza is one of the few places that I can have pizza! And it’s wonderful! 🍕Tonight, we were so impressed by the great service that Charlie gave us. Many selections of Pizza, and you can add more topping. PIzza is thin and crispy. We ordered the Jasper spicy chicken, but we didn't taste any spicy at all.
