My husband and I went here on Valentine’s Day around 7:20 pm. (Drive through order) It was clear they were understaffed (maybe call-offs?), and the wait was long about 15 minutes for two sandwiches. But the ladies working that night were amazing ~full enthusiasm, great service the whole time, and the food came out perfect. We purchased two hot sandwiches (Italiano and the Ciabatta) to try for the first time and let’s just say best toasted sandwiches ever! They even gave us an extra pastry for the wait. Super refreshing to see that level of care when it’s so busy. ❤️

Ordered one item this morning. Their new ham croissant Benny. Took forever to get my one item. Pulled in the lot to eat. There’s no ham on this HAM croissant Benny. It’s not busy. People suck.

AMAZING staff, they are always so cheerful! Food is always great, they get my order right every time!!! However, they do need to start checking their lobby and cleaning it more regularly. Never a miss at this location!!

I had a really amazing onion soup and sandwich combo, which I would definitely recommend again. The sandwich turkey and bacon sandwich came on a salted bagel, which was amazing. I'm gonna have to go back and have another one. My mom had a wild rice soup and an apple salad. She said it was great. I definitely recommend this panoramic. I ordered ahead and picked it up, and though I was 15 minutes late, it was still hot and ready to eat.

Bread is all very dry no matter what you pick. Chicken in sandwiches is really funny, canned dry taste. Drink selection is lacking. Want tips for non existent service. You order yourself, pickup your own food, fill your own drinks. I asked for help for 5 plates of food. The girl behind the counter said I can make multiple trips. Thanks. I'll make 3 trips and fill my 3 cups on my fourth trip for my kids. Very expensive for what you get. Looks nice. Tastes blah.
