Customer service is lacking! They don't ask you if you want to do the donation round up they just help themselves and add it on ( stealing money from you)! Simple orders take about 20 minutes to get. You aren't warned if things need to cook , they take your order then your money then say oh we have to cook this , cook that and then ask you to park or pull up and wait ( instead of telling you at the speaker when ordering) Other then that Food taste great! Unsweetened tea is very light brown weird tasting water there! ( Almost like dirty sink water) Sweet tea lacks taste and is super dark in color! Attitudes upon attitudes in drive thru , Customer service is unheard of there. Drive thru is always lined up with cars waiting for food and cars are always parked waiting for food ( yes big fam

Kfc was not bad, they had the chicken already fixed dis not have to wait for it to cook. The guy running register was light hearted and was easy to communicate with. He got my order and out I went.

There must be a large turnover there as everyone seemed new and they didn't understand their menu. They accidentally charged too much but the manager did come in and make it right. If you go, you need to have them read what you order, back to you. My wife said the shepherds pie was good but the chicken tenders were hard as a rock.

I ordered taco bell and hubby ordered KFC and it was banging!!! Every bite of food was excellent! The staff were so friendly and just wonderful!!!! We'll definitely be back!!!

I decided to give this store a second chance and went in at 8 o’clock, they were cleaning the store all the heat and cabinets and fryers and stuff down. They gave me the equivalent of dog food as a cantina bowl for $10 and really think this is acceptable to give you customers this stuff when they clearly don’t close until 11 I never ever go back to this restaurant ever again they covered the old dry, nasty chicken with wilted lettuce. The rice looks like a bowl of gum. The beans are old. I don’t know how they make. Any money servicing this stuff?
