Taco Bell

I ordered 2 chalupas, and they were completely wrong. I live far so I called not sure if they could even do anything. They gave me a credit for them which I was happy about. These things are like $7. Today I go in for my remake and check 2 of the 3 of them they looked right so I left. I get home and the last one literally have 1 or 2 pieces of chicken. Im so mad. I literally paid for a 3rd chalupa because I didn't want the other stuff there were issues with(my food, my husband got chalupas). So i paid for food on top of the credit and still. So ticked off, especially when it took 17 minutes and other people who came behind me got their stuff first.

Visited on Friday at lunch time. Everything you would expect from fast food tacos. Food was hot and delicious. William gave great service to each customer who came in the store and had a very positive attitude and cares about not just his job but people also. Love the atmosphere and the positive encouraging music being played in the restaurant. Thank you for opening this location. We will be back again.

Had the new taco salad under the luke menu. I substituted beef with chicken for a dollar more. Loved it. It really satisfied my craving for s taco salad. Would buy again. Restaurant was clean, employees nice.

Waited almost 40 minutes in the dining room for my order that I ordered and paid for on one of their order screens. Well the screens don't give you a receipt. 35 minutes of standing at the counter before someone even asked what we were waiting for. Drive thru was moderately busy but nothing big (ive worked fast food 10 yrs). Couldn't go through the drive thru with our trailer so had to come inside. Turns out, someone bumped our order off of the screen so she had to pull the ticket back up. I know accidents happen but I've been to this location 4 times now and only had 1 smooth/fast transaction. There was a girl with braided hair in the kitchen that kept looking up at us like a deer in headlights. Didnt ask us what we were waiting on...didnt communicate with any of the team members. All of

I was really disappointed with the result I just got going home. Not only was it the first thing I ordered, but there was also no other car in the drive thru. I can understand missing sauce, but how do miss putting two orders of chips and cheese in the bag? I didn’t even feel like calling and I guess I should’ve checked the bag, but wow what a negative experience. Thought this was a stellar Taco Bell for a while:/
