I can’t say enough great things about Starla as she dropped everything and met me under a tight timeline to get documents notarized so I could overnight them out of state the very same day! I felt that her service was very affordable and super efficient! I definitely will use her services again as needed!

I originally spoke to Starla, the owner of this business and explained that I needed someone to meet me at the nursing facility where my client was, to get docs signed by 2pm that day. I emphasized the importance of this time frame and was willing to pay her more than others had quoted to get it done by 2pm. She said that wasn't a problem. But apparently it was because it was 2:45 before anyone showed up and it wasn't Starla, who I originally spoke to. It was her sister. My elderly client was in tears by this point and I wasn't able to get the documents to the attorney before they closed which was extremely frustrating. I also asked for an invoice or receipt. I was told she would email me one. She sent me an email that only said her name and $70. That's not sufficient for me to be reimburs

Starla was incredibly helpful to me and my family. I live in another state and needed Notary1 to drive to my father's house at a specific time and have him and another person sign important paperwork. Starla was professional, helpful, friendly and punctual. She made the process 100 times easier and absolutely seamless. I cannot thank this business enough. I would highly recommend this business. If I'm ever in need I will certainly use it again.

I scheduled with Starla. She confirmed. She did not show. I had 2 witnesses plus 2 document signers sitting and waiting. She ignored my calls and didn't respond to 3 text messages. If you want someone reliable, I suggest booking someone else.

She reached back out to me in a good time frame. When we schedule a time that she will come she came a few minutes earlier and I love that. I love that she came to me because I don’t have a vehicle at the moment so it was very convenient. She was very nice and professional and I will be using her again in the future. I will be recommending her to people I know as well.
