I went in there tonight with my baby and I was beyond frustrated because the app was malfunctioning and I tried to order 5 different times and my 1 year old was HUNGRY! lol..when I went inside the workers were not only very patient but they tried multiple times to get my order. Those workers were very productive, professional, and sweet..the line was moving very fast as well. I got home and my food was just perfect..food looking like the picture! That crew turned my whole night around with their kindness and I appreciate them.

Hello everyone, I’m going to keep this short so my complaint is we ordered four extra nacho cheese sauce. It normally comes in a bigger container with a black cup. This is what I received for my money, a smaller size cup and basically they didn’t even fill it up with less product. I definitely feel gypped. This is sad if the company can’t provide the proper tools and containers that supposed to come along with it they should’ve just said we’re out. they came in some all clear little cups normally it’s a black cup with a clear top so deceiving just getting over.

I ordered a steak burrito 🌯 with just steak and cheese and when my order arrived there was rice in my burrito and and the portioning of food was little of meat just mainly cheese and rice.

The new AI order taking through the drive-thru is fantastic. I definitely feel like it got my order correct better than a normal person.

I went through the drive through and ordered a Mexican pizza, got the bag and the pizza was at the bottom of the bag. I gave it back to them and they gave me the bag back with the new pizza in the box amd the other pizza was still at the bottom of the bag. These people don't care at all about customer service a s need to be shut down
