7 Brew Coffee

Visit almost daily any every visit has been great. Today we had about 8 cars in front of us, which is normal, we still received our order in less than 5 minutes. The crew is amazing considering most of them are high schoolers working their first job. Even when wait times are a little higher, they are always ready with small talk to keep you distracted. We have been for every single promotion they still keep that line moving. I hope everyone at the stand knows that there will always be someone to complain about the negative, kill those customers with a smile and kindness, we are not all like them! Y’all are doing amazing.

I was so excited for this location to open up. However, the employees are uninformed about their own products & promotions, and even making drinks. When I ordered a small black coffee, the employee scrunched up her face, & this was the reply: "Coffee???... me we don't make coffee"..(!) I drove away. Another visit I wanted to take advantage of their promotion - 2 medium drinks for $8 + free wrist bands. I was charged FULL price and was given no wrist band. They did refund me the difference after I brought it to their attention. They did NOT know about the promotion. I normally order the German chocolate blend as I really like the taste of expresso. Sadly, that is not the case at LaPlace... NO expresso!! My order has been wrong EVERY time & I only order ONE drink!! The last visi

Had a wonderful experience!! Heard about a holiday punch and decided to try it and it’s delicious!! They were so speedy with it!!

LATEST REVIEW! So I UNFORTUNATELY returned to this location. Horrible service... waiting in line with only 2 cars for a drink the young lady made with gobs of caramel. I asked about it and she said oh we try to make our drinks the way we like ours... WELL ITS NOT YOUR DRINK ITS MINE!!!! Omg.... then i should have just drove right past the other lady once i saw her leaning on the cart taking the customer order. Then dont turn around flipping that machine for a tip because you'll dont get anything for this sad service & drinks. Im not coming here anymore. This location wont last like this. Had a really bad experience can't seem to get in contact with anyone but I would really like some to reach out to me well I usually get askedif I want my coffee hot or cold well I was never asked n they made my coffee code the girl who made the coffee was ok with remaking it hot but the girl who took my order ask where it was going since she never once asked and told o no you have to tell us if you want it hot or cold n didn't refuse to give my drink started that I had to tell them as long as I went to another location they always ask n are very kind I really am staying away from Laplace location n will drive else where at least id feel appreciated not sure what her problem was but if you don't wanna work please stay home
