Taco Bell

I came in here after church to grab something to eat. I had ordered my food and then I had some people I knew coming through the drive-thru and I asked nicely to a lady. If I could go up to the drive-thru to say hi. She said no and I understand why. Then she told a Manager there, and she told me I don't work here and I can leave. I wasn't sure why but I asked for a refund. She refused to refund me until I told her that if she just gave me a refund I would leave. She refunded me then I left. I don't know if she was having a bad day but this is what I encountered after church today. Jesus loves you!

thus far my order has always been made correctly and given to me in its entirety. My only comment would be the food sometimes is kinda yucky. It tastes old or like carryover occasionally. Overall better than most fast food places!

I bought 10 chicken nuggets and only gave me 7. It's immoral to do this.

I stopped on my way home from an arduous day. One of those mentally and physically exhausting days. I stopped to get supper. A chipper voice chimed through the speaker, took my order, and lifted my spirits a little bit. I was greeted by a young lady at the window with a pleasant smile. She didn't look grumpy or unhappy like I was an interruption. Her pleasant smile brought me out of my funk just a little and made my evening better. I stop at Taco Bell because it is my comfort food. I always feel better with cinnamon twists and a Mountain Dew to chase down a bean burrito. This time it was the attitude of the service that made my day better. Working the counter or the window can be tough, so Thank you to the lady in the window for your smile.

I was ordering my food and I heard a girl screaming in the background “GO HOME!!!!” On repeat so I asked if they were open and the girl taking my ordered answered while laughing and she said yes we’re open until 4am. I was there before midnight. It ruined my night honestly. Granted it was New Year’s Eve and I’m sure it’s annoying to work but I had literally just gotten off work myself and I did not treat any of my customers like that during my New Year’s Eve shift.
