Jet's Pizza

Order from here all the time, today I ordered and then sat in parking lot to wait for my order. Ugh, Im not sure why I expected sanitary conditions but you know basic don't touch your face or wash your hands...not here. Guy constantly touching beard and hair before/during prepping food and girl eating pizza in the kitchen area. I understand theres a text to order which is probably what the guy was checking but between the hair and touching the phone constantly between toppings 🤢 neither one of them washed their hands before starting. Picked it up for someone else and let them know (probably should of asked for a refund but im not confrontational) but I for sure won't be ordering anymore

Only get pizza every 6 months or so, and was looking forward to something different for dinner. Pizza was delivered quickly but was luke warm at best and the mozzarella was like rubber. The cheesy bread was just OK and also not hot. When I saw all the grease saturation on the boxes, I should have known better. Maybe will order from a different pizza place in a year or so, but am definitely going to think about it first.

Had the same driver twice be extremely rude. There's no tracking and I'm told just to wait an hour. So both times I had the same driver who showed up 10 minutes early so I wasn't outside exactly when I should have been. First time he refused to speak to me at all. Second time he set my food on the ground. Had to wait 30 seconds and left my food on the ground. No words again either other than "oh" when I said I was there to grab it. He has glasses and a small goatee beard. I will not be ordering from you again until this driver is gone or you invest in tracking. You make more than enough money with how expensive your pizza is to have tracking. But if you're not gonna do that at least teach your driver's how to be courteous when I'm given an hour long wait time and they show up early. I went

We had a date night ! I did a text order paid ahead and received my confirmation and pickup time. I arrived 5 minutes past and was told twice to wait for my order (so my order was never made and was made on sight or it was made wrong ion…). The first time I went in I was told 3 minutes I waited 10 went back in and locked eyes with all the employees and NO ONE said or asked anything i stood there with at least 5 employees on the floor for 5 more minutes so I screamed “HERROOO” cuz I felt like I was invisible! The wait didn’t bother me it was the poor communication lack of understanding(cuz ppl got places to be) poor atmosphere. The food is great! I’d say call em and confirm your order , but if they engage with their customers it can change the atmosphere drastically

What ever you do! Do not repeat! Do not have Door Dash deliver your foods! This location fails to protect our foods from thieves! A Door Dasher who was supposed to deliver had our foods stolen by another because the young girl that worked there failed to check to make sure it was the right driver! Something must be done to prevent this from happening! Management and staff must Lookout for us and check each driver to make sure #1 they are the right person #2 they have a pizza bag #3 they are the right delivery person for that order!
