Arby's

Ordered their new cheese steak sandwich, which was terrible! Served on a soggy hogie bun, and when I unwrapped it all I saw was bread, no meat or cheese. It tasted like it was under heat lamps for at least two hours! I could only eat half of it. What a waste of $8. I'm done with Arby's for good.

Rudest most disrespectful service I have ever experienced. Like How about y’all take a break from messing up the orders and practice your manners. I’ve given countless sad attempts at redemption, and without fail it is always the same rude employee… if I didn’t know any better id confuse her for that red headed angry Pixar character… if your gonna have children working for your establishment and least teach them respect…

So happy to have an arbys in lambertville. This location is gonna be a busy one. The food was great and fresh. The 1st day and staff were all great. I am truly happy for this location and it is 5 mins from home!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Got a fantastic treat today while scrolling through my menu choices and the Arby’s here in Lambertville has Jalapeño Poppers with the Bronco-Berry dipping sauce🤩. It’s been a very long time since I’ve had them and I assumed they disappeared like so many of the awesome treats that I used to love. They also have Crinkle cut french fries😮😋. It’s very rare that I can eat real treats, but this was a nice change up. I went inside for my mobile order. It was so nice in there. There were even Easter decorations🐣🐰🌸🌻🌺. Who doesn’t love and miss that! Everyone was working and the restaurant was clean. Thank you for taking such good care of your customers and helping me achieve my craving😋. They were perfect. This Arby's is always slow, especially the drive through. I was here last week and after placing my order, proceeded to advance one car in 15 minutes. I ended up having to leave because the wait took so long. This is not a single occurrence, and has happened to me on multiple occasions. After this experience, it is unlikely I will return, which is unfortunate because it was the only Arby's my family and I visited with any frequency.
