Taco Bell / KFC

Ordered a quesadilla and it looks like a burrito, it's messy and not what I was expecting. I spent over $40 I would like my food to come as shown. Customers service was awesome just had a problem with my quesadilla. I can say they were extremely faster than before so that is another compliment.

The staff were very approachable and friendly. Everything we ordered came out as ordered and we had no issues with the staff, dining in or our food. The bathrooms were well kept and this place ebbed with customers coming and going.

Stopped in for a quick bite. Usually don't have high expectations at a fast food place, but this place was clean, the service was quick and on point, and the food tasted fresh, not just freshly thrown together.

I honestly don’t know where customer service has gone. I pulled up to the drive-thru, gave my order, and whoever was on the other end mumbled something and then completely stopped responding. I sat there for 3–4 minutes with no acknowledgement at all. So I drove up to the window and told the girl working there that no one ever took my order. She just said, “That’s too bad, we don’t take orders at the window. Have a nice day,” then shut the window and walked off. I called the store and got the manager on the phone, and he couldn’t have cared less. I explained what happened and he basically said the same thing—“tough, we don’t take orders at the window”—and didn’t even bother to come talk to me in person. Great customer service, Taco Bell. This is easily the best taco bell I've ever been to. Every time I drive between NM and CO I make a point to stop here because it's worth it. Get a chicken item from the Taco Bell menu and you will not be disappointed!
