Perkatory Coffee House

First time visit to Perkatory. It was a nice experience. Quaint little coffee shop with unique coffee in addition to the regulars. Friendly people. You should try it out if you are passing through or by Trinidad, CO. It’s right off the I-25 and a quick pit stop. I tried the Dirty Horchata Latte (Hot) it’s a little sweeter than I liked but still good. My son got an iced vanilla latte and he said it was good as well.

We stopped here as we were passing thru to grab coffee and a breakfast sandwich and it was great! The bagel breakfast sandwich was delicious! They put cream cheese on it with the egg, bacon and cheese and press it. It ya fresh egg. So good!! The coffee was great and neat atmosphere. It was quick too. Highly recommend!

As a person of color, I certainly did not receive the warm welcome or greeting every other customer experienced. A friend and I arrived during a slightly busy time, but way ahead of the morning rush. The barista was very curt with us throughout every part of our interaction and order. Our coffees were delicious, but the service was very unpleasant. There was another woman there, who appeared to be the manager/owner, as she was busy ensuring inventory was correct from a seat in the cafe. She was much more pleasant to interact with and seemed to be more customer service oriented. Unfortunately, I experienced multiple instances of unwelcome in Trinidad. Black people beware.

Delicious coffee, lots teas too. You should definitely visit here !!!! Recommend iced espresso with shot of Breve. Delicious bfast items too

Rad little coffee shop with a solid variety of teas, espresso beverages, and the typical contenders which deliver as expected. Located conveniently/awkwardly in the entrance of the First National Bank lobby is interesting. I did not try the food selection but might on another visit.
