Taco Bell

The food was horrible. Broken up Nachos, taco, and the Chalupa were old tough. They were out of lettuce and I paid for extra meat and sour cream but did not get it. Why was I waiting 13 minutes in line for this? Never again

Many people forget how convenient this whole fast food thing is...personally I think this is the best Taco Bell in the entire KC Metro Area. For one, there has never been an issue with my order being given to me exactly as ordered. So reliable will I no longer check my food in the bag before I leave because I KNOW they're going to get it correct. Second, for the employees, please know there are people out here that DO appreciate you and truly value your commitment to quality and guest experience!

Noooo! My blue raspberry freeze is gone! Dammit, bring it back! The corporate office is full of crazies…you tried to take away the oh so popular nacho fries only to quickly bring them back. Such foolishness! Now you take away my blue freeze! The dragonfruit one isn’t up to snuff!

every time i come here, my order is always wrong in some fashion. i asked for sauce i got no sauce, i asked to have sour cream on the side, got none. didn't even want my food because i had no sauce or sour cream to enjoy it! y'all gotta do better!

Tried to treat the fam, ended up with cold chaos. The Mexican pizza looked like it lost a bar fight. It was on the bottom of the bag of course. Nacho fries? Sad, soggy, and floppy—barely saved by that dangerously addictive seasoning. Nuggets were fossilized, flavorless, and fried in oil that probably remembers Y2K. They forgot the sauce (thankfully I had an emergency stash—because I’ve been hurt before). Promo soft taco? Ghosted me. This one came from the Kansas City location, and wow… total letdown. For the record, Legends and Basehor locations are always on point. This one? Not even close.
