Got a chance to try Morty’s for the first time recently & it was everything I was hoping for. Hubby tried the homemade spicy mustard on the Maxwell Street smoked Polish sausage, it’s excellent, I went with yellow mustard on mine. Can’t wait to go back. Watch Morty’s FB, sometimes he posts special menu items & he will post if he’s closing early/not opening.

You want a taste of Chicago? Go here! The Italian beef was delicious and I loved listening to the old World Series broadcast while waiting. 😎

A great guy serving great food. As someone who worked two decades for a Chicago company, I got hooked on Chicago hotdogs and Italian beef sandwiches with spicy giardiniera. He’s the most authentic in KC. And he’s a disabled veteran. No one I’d rather give my money to.
