Kansas City, Kansas Public Library West Wyandotte Library

I only checked out the children's space, but I really liked it! It's pretty sizable, with a decent selection of toddler books, and it looked like the older kid and teen section had quite a bit too. We went to story hour and were able to play awhile after in this cute room as well. Staff was pleasant. The building has kind of a frank Lloyd Wright vibe, which is cool.

Why does America sleep on the public library? There are so many free resources and events that go on here all the time. By the way the parking lot is perfect for watching the sunrise. FYI…it gets a bit noisy when the kids get out of school just up the hill, but it’s nothing too crazy or that headphones can’t handle.

I went in as a guest today and all the staff was so friendly. They helped me navigate to the computer lab. Computers work very well. Thank you.

It's a nice small public library that is held events there that I've been showing up for Tai chi and yoga in the auditorium and also that the AC is broken in the auditorium and it makes it hot and also that I had checked out some movies before and also they don't really have much with Goosebumps books to check out.

There are people who think it's ok to laugh at people who are trying to get into Social Security to apply for my retirement and explaining I am frustrated and need help. I finally had to get in touch with Social Security by phone to apply. This young lady needs to learn respect and common sense to be able help people. I don't think I will be coming back again.
