Genuinely I would give this 0 stars if I could. The burrito shells taste expired all the food is low ball portions and the potatoes literally taste like MANURE. Drive the extra few miles to another location.

Have never had a problem here until tonight. Missing 2 tacos out of the luxe box. Missing nachos from..ya know, the nachos and dip meal. Mango tea also tasted off. All the tortillas were on the verge of being stale and were falling apart and cracking. Not to mention everything was grease soaked and haphazardly thrown in the bag. Called to voice our concern and their only remedy was to drive all the way back and get the missing items. We were over it by then and declined. Gotta do better for the price of fastfood nowadays.

For the most part they are good. Do not order the chili cheese burrito. It will ruin your nostalgia for days gone past. It is a pittance to what it once was. 1/4 the size of a 5 layer for near the same cost.

Drivethru. Food was wrong. Bag was so full we didn’t notice till we were a block away. We didn’t want to hold up the line. Went back and found out one of our fries was missing as well because they apparently didn’t hear the order. Then they wanted us to pay for the fries even though we confirmed the order over the intercom. I asked for the fries or to remake the cold food while replacing the food they didn’t give us and the manager refused. I understand mistakes, but customer service should be better than that. And the attitudes on these kids these days are atrocious.

Edit: for the thousandth time, forgot my sauce… shouldn’t be hard to double check the bag and order before giving people their food. Never remembers sauce, not all employees are friendly, food always squished and not organized or made nicely. I understand it’s a fast food restaurant and workers are annoyed or tired but don’t get a job if you’re not gonna do it correctly even if you don’t like it much, especially working with food that people eat and pay for. Also how hard is it to remember sauce in the bag when people ask for it during their order?
