Marco's Pizza

Food is awesome, honestly never had a bad experience with anything we have ordered. I'd recommend the cheese bread and the pepperoni magnifico personally. We get pizza from here a couple times a month and have only had 1 time where the wait was longer than expected. If there is a big game expect the wait time to be a little longer than advertised. Other than that expect to get your delicious pizza when requested.

This is one of my very few reviews on Google. Which should tell everyone something already. I really enjoy the pizza and the staff are friendly. My problem with the restaurant is the estimated time for the pizza to be ready. They are 15 to 30 minutes off of their estimated time. If you order during a Friday evening just plan on your order being 20 to 30 minutes later than what they tell you. With all the technology advances we have nowadays, why are they not able to come up with an accurate estimated time. It's so frustrating because I really enjoy the pizza, but just the process of ordering and picking it up is so terrible that it makes me want to order at other restaurants. And I probably will for awhile.

I placed an order online (3 pizzas), and they posted on my order confirmation that my order would be ready at 5:18. My husband arrived at 5:20, and they told him it would be another 20-25 minutes. At 5:45, the order wasn't ready, and they told him it would be another 5-10 minutes. At 6:00, he asked about the order again. They asked him what the name was on the order. He told them the name and discovered they had missed the order and had not even started making the food! Over an hour passed the original stated 5:18 pickup time, our order was finally ready at 6:25!

Had good experiences in the past but just picked up the two greasiest pizzas I have ever seen. Soaked through the box and onto car seats( seriously had to clean the seats). Took the slices out of the box and put on paper towel when we got home just so we could eat some of it. We threw the rest out. Bad experience!

Pizza is great. ONLY complaint is you over cook the breadstick every time. You NEED to change the cook time for regular breadsticks. My assumption is your cook time for cheezy bread and regular bread sticks is the same. The regular breadsticks do not need as much time and are getting way over done. The breadstick should be the same thickness all the way through. See photo. OR you need to make an option on ordering to choose light cook.
