Taco Bell

I ordered two 9$ craving boxes with cheese bean and rice just to get one with a 5 layer burrito and then the other one had crunchy strips on it so neither one was made correctly and then the chips were unsalted. So I did what anybody would do and I called the store, asked to speak with a manager and I don’t know if it was the actual manager but she was rude and snarky and said “ well I personally put those items in the bag so I know it was made right” insinuating that it’s my fault the order is wrong. Definitely won’t be coming back here goin to stick with the cape Taco Bell yes it may take a little longer but the orders are made right and employees seem more friendly

Easily the worst Taco Bell in the world tonight I sat and waited 35 minutes for four tacos that I had placed an order on the app when I got there I gave them my name, but they didn’t check me in so after waiting for 25 minutes I asked them why the app was still giving me the option to cancel my order And then they checked me in and took another 10 minutes to make my food. What a joke.

Night shift was so much help when I put in my order wrong! They were super friendly and the cashier working 12/17/25 closing needs a raise. She's the real MVP

I’m pretty sure the worker was the only worker, she was answering the phone, taking care of the window and went to the back to make my quesadilla. The quesadilla probably had 3 tiny pieces of chicken, not much cheese and I threw most of it away because it was just tortilla. The beefy been burrito had no beef in it and it was all sauce, it went everywhere after taking one bite. The Doritos logos Taco was cold and super broken.

This Taco Bell used to be the spot to go to but now I would rather eat dirt. I keep giving them a chance over and over and yet they continue to disappoint. Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Food is never made correct. They barely give you the correct portions of meat or anything else. Just so many different things over time. I have not had a good experience there in at least the last year. It sucks to say but I will no longer go to this Taco Bell. I will go to the one on Williams St in Cape before going here again! Just do better Taco Bell!
