Taco Bell

I am very disappointed with my visit today at Taco Bell (Order #2, total $12.30). I specifically ordered no tomatoes because I’m allergic, yet my food still came with tomatoes. On top of that, the Cinnamon Twists I paid for were missing. This was supposed to be a quick lunch break, and instead it was completely ruined — not to mention a waste of money. Attention to detail matters, especially when it comes to food allergies.

I’ve gone through the drive-through here around 60 times, and only about 5 orders were incorrect. That’s roughly an 8% error rate, which is significantly better than my experience at typical McDonald’s locations, where mistakes happen at a higher rate around 30%. If you order the crunchy taco to go, it gets soggy within a couple of minutes. I've had it about 60 times and it's been soggy every time. Still edible, but it would be much better if it stayed crunchy longer.

Ordered online through doordash, dasher was told they had no fries, like how bro? How does Taco Bell run out of fries?!? Sounds more like someone didn’t want to cook them. When the order arrived, missing chips, drinks were wrong, everything was cold and soggy, and definitely the thinnest tacos I’ve ever seen. Fraud of a store

Very incompetent employees, often times they put my tacos into the bag upside down and have caused me to make a mess in my vehicle multiple times. They never remember to put the sauces in the bag, I never receive a spoon or fork when I order fiesta potatoes. It’s a miracle if I get my food and half of my taco isn’t empty. When it’s good, its great, but more often than not it’s a terrible experience.

Ordered my food 2 hours early so I could pick it up on my lunch break and when I got there had to wait 20 more mins. When I asked about the status of my order received a very rude response. Will not be going back and also my order was wrong!
