Chester's Chicken

This is the worst Chester’s I’ve ever been to. I stop here once a week as a truck driver but the workers would cheat its customers by giving them the smallest portions on the gizzard orders. The picture am posting is a large order of gizzards and this is always been the size they’ll give unlike the other locations I’ve been to

Curtis is the best. He made fresh gizzards just for me!

I stopped at Loves in Hope Hull to fuel my semi truck and decided to grab dinner at Chesters. I ordered the chicken bites, and was disgusted and disappointed. Apparently, the chicken bites had been sitting in the container under the heat lamp for way too long, so they literally tasted like battered and fried rubber. I won't be returning to a place that doesn't serve fresh food. The girl behind the counter was friendly, but her phone took preference over serving quality food.

Grumpy employees, items not in stock, a missing item in our order. This location is inside a building that connects to a Love’s travel stop. There is also a Subway and Godfather's Pizza Express in the same building. There were two employees behind the counter serving; one took the order and grabbed your meal items, the other was in charge of the cash register at the end of the counter. Both were very grumpy. Don’t expect customer service if you want to get your food here. They have 4 pieces of dark meat ($6.99), but we were told they were out of dark meat and only had white meat. In the middle of the day (~2pm) and they were already out of dark meat, this was bad! They did however have a lot of white meat and other items available. Our white meat combo was missing a biscuit. We ordered

Didn’t have many options but I’ll give them 5 stars because the attitude of the server! He was very pleasant!! The chicken seemed good my toddler enjoyed it!
