please for the love of all things good—-don’t eat here!!!! first of all the employees goofed off and laughed the whole time. don’t get me wrong i’m all for a good time but they just completely ignored us when we came in. we ordered on the kiosk and i got a frappe and my husband got an ice cream cone. when we FINALLY received our order they then informed us that they had just cleaned the Ice cream machine. They offered us no refund and when I ask for a refund For my frappe, they went and got the manager and he looked at me and he said it’ll only be about a dollar. Do you really want me to do that? then, when my husband went up there he insisted on a refund for his ice cream cone. They were not happy to do it, but they did. Ac on and it's 47°outside Ordered at the kiosk for dine in and food was placed in bags. Table number says "sit back and relax we'll bring the food to you". Nope, just holler the number out and fix your own drinks. Rude service and lack thereof. Won't be back

The restroom requires maintenance, while the dining area maintains a satisfactory level of cleanliness.

The employee and the manager were more worried about whatever video they were watching than making my food. The frappe was fun of ice chunks and had no taste. Also, the employees were cussing and I had my son with me.

Quite literally the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced! Asked for NO CHEESE several times…of course my burger had cheese on it. They took my $, practically threw my drink out the window and told me to pull to the side. You’d think my food would be piping hot when I got it, right? WRONG! Quite literally the driest, coldest burger. And they couldn’t even spare a ketchup in the bag? I certainly didn’t get a chance to ASK for any condiments since the service at the window was so rushed. I’ll never eat here again! Pitiful!
