I had gotten a chicken avocado ranch stacker and it had barely a handful of filling on the first layer and nothing on the second. I asked for them to remake and they were very polite and threw in another item from the order

My entire meal was wrong and since you can’t get a paper receipt, and the text receipt never came through, I have nothing to take it back with. Asked to swap chicken for beef, they just put beef on top of the chicken; resulting in an expensive and disgusting waste.

Terrible. Ordered food for my friends and they proceeded to lie and tell us they were out of beef, chicken and rice because they were too damn lazy to make our larger order. Do NOT recommend this place.

Desoto mo night mgr is CRAZY told me to get out of store after I showed him the taco that was completely smashed he said it meet tacobell standards well Corp said Def not what is expected told me never to come back or I'd be trespassing Corp said I can go back lol no ty Corp added to my app free item which I used at hillsboro def go to hillsboro avoid desoto they don't even cook the chalupa shells right $2.99 cantina taco.

Absolutely ZERO customer service. I am a disabled person with low vision, and really struggled to use your order kiosk. Outrageous that no employee offered to help. I know they could see and hear that we were having problems. I feel discriminated against as a disabled person forced to use these kiosks with NO help. Ordered no tomatoes on kiosk yet still got them. Food cold. This place is terrible.
