I recently called with several questions about vaccines for my child. I spoke with nurse Ashley and was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed or judge and she made sure all of my concerns were addressed. It was such a relief to speak with someone who was both knowledgeable and understanding. Her reassurance and clear information made me feel much more confident in making decisions for my child’s health.

Ashely is the sweetest thing. so understanding and caring! she stayed later than the are open just so I could get my birth control!! A girls girl ❤️

My 4 year old was due for kindergarten shots but her regular doctor didn’t have shots because thier fridge broke so we had to go here and get shots done. I am so glad that that happened because we had a better experience getting shots done here than at our own doctors office we will be having shots done here from now on! They were absolutely amazing, my kid didn’t even cry. they truly made it comfortable for the kid and did the shot where and how the kid wanted the nurse even sent her home with a backpack full of goodies! 10/10 would recommend going here

As someone with no insurance, the health department offers super affordable care. The bus is extremely nice, air conditioning, a private room to speak to the nurse. It's very nice. Extremely friendly and warm staff. Id give them ten stars if I could!

Drove a friend to your vaccination event at First Baptist in Arnold on Monday the 8th. It was very well organized and all of your personnel and volunteers could not have been kinder or more helpful. My friend is physically challenged and everyone took special care to make her feel comfortable and informed. I commend you on providing such a caring environment in the midst of a highly fraught and emotional process associated with the vaccine roll-out. Thank you for all of your efforts during this pandemic!
