Came in around 8:30 pm, and the 2 guys working were very polite, Adam & Tyler were their names. They were quick & had the entire back counter area clean and the whole place smelled delicious. They made us 3 footlongs, and they hi t the spot. Bathroom was clean & smelled nice. Definitely recommended this location!
Of all the subway franchises I have been to this is by far the best. They pay great attention to the customers. The store is always clean. It is warm and inviting. I have been in other locations where you feel like a bother to be a customer.
Online order missing ingredients and still cold after being "toasted". Had to put it in the toaster oven so the chicken wouldn't be cold and the cheese could melt. The staff joked they were closed and couldn't make anything. We informed them we had an online order. They finished the last sandwich and we paid. 2 sandwiches were not how we ordered missing extra olives and not toasted.
The last two times I have had good delivered there has been like nothing on the sandwich. All I taste is bread. It’s happened with four sandwiches now. Which I’m quite surprised because it’s normally so full it’s falling apart. I also just realized I said no Mayo and put ranch on it. All I taste is Mayo
The DeSoto location and the Hillsboro location these two crews had the best teamwork ethic in Jefferson county
