Employee lied about doordash order and cost us $50+. When we came back to talk to the manager about it she was extremely condescending, yelling across the restaurant saying “idk what you’re waiting for,” and refusing to help resolve the issue. Full Story: I’m a doordash driver who drove on New Year’s eve because I am behind on rent money at the moment. At ~2:00 AM we got a 4 order offer on doordash. We accepted it and went to the Taco Bell, arriving around 2:15. We waited for a few minutes at which point the employees told us they were closed and placed cones in front of the drive through. I went to the door and asked them to paste a “closed” sign on the window so that we could take a picture and get half pay from doordash, at which point they informed us that they just needed time to ca

I honestly don’t know why I kept giving this place more chances. After multiple bad experiences, I’m finally done. I spent $45 on an order that was not only missing several burritos, but the items we did receive were mostly just tortilla and lettuce—barely any meat at all. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay that much and still have hungry teenagers afterward. It feels like we're being ripped off, and this kind of service is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from this location again. If I could give a zero star review I would.

This location is my second home and I wanted to give a good review because of how pleased I am every time I come here. My order is always correct and the customer service is amazing. The staff on the overnight shift are always personable, make me laugh, and go above and beyond. I’ve never had an issue here. 10 stars 💅🏼

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been too. Melissa the store manager had no interest in resolving the issues with food and customer service and said since it was a franchise store nothing would be done as the LLC that owns it is just happy to have someone there. I know it’s Taco Bell and expectations are already low when you go but this location has found a new low. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

This location is the absolute BEST!!! Andrea, the head manager I believe, is the kindest human you will ever meet. She knows what she’s doing and makes sure her staff is on top of it too. She will make sure that your order is EXACTLY how you want it.
