Brooker’s Founding Flavors Ice Cream, Herriman UT

We love this place. I always want to try seasonal flavors but I just go back to my traditional year-round flavors! The theme is great, and every community deserves to have a taste of the ice cream revolution! They give you lots of ice cream even for a single scoop— and they weigh it so you’re guaranteed the same weight of product.

Brookers is the best ice cream in Utah. It’s borderline crack! So creamy and the selection of flavors is vast. Everything I’ve tried is simply amazing. Also had a fantastic experience with Zach who served us. He was incredibly nice. Knew so much about the different selections. Explained the Liberty Bell challenge to us. Awesome guy…..and experience you have ant any business means everything. Go Zach! Go Brookers!

Absolutely LOVE Brookers! Their flavors are unique and delicious without being weird, like lavender or basil ice cream. The ice cream is gourmet without being stuffy. The ingredients are top notch! On this visit we tried Abigail Adams Salted Crack Cookie Advice—it was awesome! I’m not going to tell you what’s in it, you’ll have to come try it yourself.

Came here w/ a group & the girl working was so friendly and knowledgeable. There were so many creative flavors to choose from and I love the decor. Would return.

My experience at this ice cream parlor was great!! And our server was very helpful and gave us suggestions on ice and gave us a whole conversation that we laughed about. Definitely give this place a try!! Good job Caleb
