Taco Bell

This Taco Bell turned to garbage slowly I stopped eating Taco Bell altogether because of this place we used to be cheap and fast now it’s expensive and stupid slow. I’ve been waiting for a pick up order for a half hour now. The parking lot is packed in the dining room is packed. This is so sad. Employee standing around doing nothing but talking why everybody waits.

The restaurant was clean and well-kept, but the service was terrible. They messed up my order, and when I let them know, the manager came over and asked what was wrong. Then she turned around and screamed at the employee who took my order, saying, “You messed up.” It was really unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch. Definitely not a great experience.

Terrible experience every time. I don't mind the long wait. But the employees there are either absolutely terrible or just mid. Management is always yelling and their employees yet they won't take any accountability for their mistakes. Such a shame the staff here has to destroy a reputable brand name. Better off driving to a different location. Won't have to wait as long, and the employees might actually try and get your order correct.

Waited 30 minutes today and got my entire order wrong. They kept making things with sour cream, or forgetting the meat, or lettuce any other thing possible. Food was cold as it was sitting as the rest was made as you can clearly see in all the photos. Practically no customer service was offered they just said “ima cry,” after each time I came up to let them know my order was wrong. Like me too I haven’t ate all day lady and everyone keeps messing up my food. A luxe box and 2 tacos all no tomato or sour cream or beans, add onions to the tacos.. I got: Gordita, no lettuce, extra sour cream. A dorrito taco just cheese and meat, a dorrito taco with sour cream, then a taco with nacho cheese inside, none of the tacos had my upcharged onions on it, and my burrito had sour cream in it. Only thing

literally get your shit together my food is always made wrong not only paying for the food but the extras i ask for. your cafe is always dirty as well as your old nasty bathrooms. stop prioritizing door dash / deliveries and get better staff! thanks! sincerely a customer who actually likes your food when it’s good!
