Romeo's Pizza Hazlet Union Avenue

Ordered two large eggplant parm hero sandwiches. These were the absolute best I’ve ever had, I say that without any hesitation. Delicious tender eggplant which is not breaded but done in flour and egg which is the traditional way in Naples, Italy. Bread was nice and crispy, portion size very, very generous for the money. The amazing sauce and cheese complement the thinly sliced eggplant perfectly.. Absolutely DELICIOUS !!

Cheese steak sub was excellent very good. Pizza was under cooked in the middle - I do think it would be a great pizza if it was cooked right the sauce tasted good. Maybe they were in a rush. The garlic knots were actually terrible.

Best regular plain large pizza in Monmouth county NJ. They say 10 minutes. I get there in 10 minutes and the pie is coming out of the oven as I walk up to the counter. A bunch of Italian guys making fresh, great pizza!

Great place. People behind the counter are always friendly. My personal favorite is the cheese steak but its all good

My gomto place for pizza for 50.years.. love love this place and all the owners who still remember me when I come back into town
