Taco Bell

If I could give zero stars I would. Lazy that’s all I have to say. What do the workers even do ? They have a robot taking the orders now, so if someone can explain to me what they do in there making 16-20 an hour I’d appreciate it.

I ordered on the app. We ordered 3 lux boxes and customized each box. The pop was completely flat and no good. The customized food orders were in all the wrong boxes. There was enough cheese in the cups for 2 chips if that. My husband didn't even eat his because there was no point. My taco was split in half and stuck to the paper. Food was cold. I called and asked to speak to a manager and his reply was well what do you want me to do about it! DO BETTER. I spent money and expect to get what I paid for. We could even eat half of what we ordered. Will never go back there. Poor management. Poor food quantity and quality.

That was the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had. The rice was either crazy dry or undercooked and the meat tasted like…vinegar maybe? Ended up throwing the rest of my food away which I’ve NEVER done before. I hope to sweet baby Jesus I don’t wake up with food poisoning. The employees seemed nice enough but something was definitely off about that food.

This used to be the best Taco Bell in the area. I really don't know what happened. My burrito wasn't just room temperature, it was COLD. As if they had pulled it out of the walk-in. My crunchwrap had literally just lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream. I paid extra for stuff, and not only did they not put it on, but they took other stuff OFF. I know I shouldn't be expecting that much from Taco Bell, but I think it's reasonable to have SOME expectation of standards. It really, honestly seems like their kitchen is being staffed by the same AI robot that greets you at the drive-thru speaker.

Orders always good and accurate when I visit this location. I generally always go through drive thru, and 90% of the time it moves quickly. I actually like the new AI order taking. My food quality is always as expected. Employees are always nice and respectful. Overall, I like this location of taco bell and prefer to go here over others, such as 11 mile.
