Taco Bell

I was passing through Hastings and wanted to stop to grab something to eat for dinner. My go to is a chili cheese burrito. They didn’t fill it all the way, but it was closer than most of it. I mean the dang thing cost four bucks you could just like fill it all the way, please. Other than that, they did have everything with my order that I had requested. I would probably visit here again. The exterior the building in the parking lot were clean. All of my food was at the correct temperature.

I was doordashing. I waited for my dash order for over 30 mins and they still didnt have my order ready to go. Actually, I didnt even get the order. The first one, food was cold and the freezy was completely melted. I asked for a new one and was declined the assistance for that.a few people were told to leave because they all got dirty drinks and orders messed up while I was waiting for my dash order.

Do not come here! I used to love coming to this location but that past couple months have been nothing less than disappointing and disgusting. I always order a chicken cantina quesadilla, very simple order you’d think? Apparently not because it took 20 minutes, they forgot our drinks we tried to get their attention for almost 10 minutes and then we finally got our drink. When I went to eat, they barely cut my quesadilla, only 2 pieces of chicken in it, they forgot my salsa Verde sauce and there was hair in EVERYTHING! Absolutely disgusting.

28 min for a dine in to get 2 chillies cheese and 2 Taco supreme's. After 15 min I asked if there was an order ready for John, they said " we are working on drive thru " 2:30 pm in the afternoon on a week day. Not one to write reviews but get your act together.

The last 2 times we have ordered the orders were completely wrong for customized items plus items were missing from our order. We live a half an hour away so this is not convenient. Then to be hung up on by the so called manager was BS when I called to complain about the issue. He sounded like a 17 year old kid that knows he can't handle this job. Go to the next town if you actually want what you ordered.
