Taco Bell

A very good experience at a Taco Bell. I got a Cantina Crispy Chicken Taco and I would get it again. It was really great. I got a party pack of Tacos half regular half Doritos locos. My wife got a Gordita Crunch Wrap she said it was perfect as always. We got some Nachos Bell Grande which was very good as well. We did do extra cheese on the Nachos. The tacos were all packed with ingredients and were all fresh. We’ll be back to this location. The app helped everything go smooth. The drive through was fast and the employees were nice.

drive through service was great but i did not expect this horrible looking chicken. did they not look at it when they packed it ?? buying from this location is money down the drain cause you will not want to eat the food.

Twice in 3 orders the food has been wrong. Ordered hard beef tacos? Nope, got soft potato and bean tacos. Ordered beef burritos? Nope got black bean burritos They got the correct number of items at least. Worst than the wrong order is that they never answer the phone. Since I ordered through the app and not door dash I can’t even get anyone on the phone to complain to. $60 wasted at Taco Bell DONG!!!

Wednesday 10/15 8:55pm. Night shift was clearly busy, but they took care of customers and handled confrontational customers with professionalism. Manager on duty was doing great and should be recognized for keeping his cool and getting through. Thanks guys!!

So disappointed. I was very specific in making sure that my order contained no meat and this is what I find. my order on the screen was correct how it was taken but either, the people in the back can’t read the food on the screen or simply don’t care.
