An absolute comedy of errors, saved only by incredibly polite staff. Visiting late on a Sunday night (around 11 PM), they were already out of beef, forcing us to take a less desirable replacement, between chicken or steak. The order accuracy was shockingly poor. Four sides of potatoes were completely missing, every single taco was incorrectly dressed with lettuce, and, worst of all, our entire Crunchwrap was absent from the bag. While the food quality we did receive was disappointing, the staff were genuinely very friendly and polite. If you can overlook order accuracy and food quality then it can be a great quick stop option, but otherwise avoid this location, and possibly look into nearby locations such as McDonald's and Waffle House. Horrible service on Saturday evening. At least 4 people walked out without their orders. Door dash cancelled and sitting and then someone else picked up later which means food is gonna be cold. I waited 39 minutes for 3 bean and cheese burritos. They were working drive through and ignoring the Lobby. Another lady placed her order 30 minutes before she got there, then waited another 29 minutes inside. We watched one kid dancing, banging his head. Another kid kept dropping stuff then throwing it away. His shirt was 2 sizes too small maybe if he had a looser shirt he could work faster. They need to change the Saturday evening crew because I never have this issue during the week when I go through the drive thru.

BEST experience ever!!!! Tonight at 9:10 pm on 11/5/25. Went through drive through and it was the best service I could ever ask for! Plus the coworkers was the best. I asked her if they can separate my food from my husband’s food and they had no problem with that. Love them tonight. The food is still hot when I got it and had no problems with taking care of my husbands mild sauce addiction lol!!!! 10000% go back there

I have never had to deal with AI at a drive-through before. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I do not want to be greeted by a machine that tells me that what I want they don’t have which they definitely do I never ever want to have to deal with AI Instead of customer service and I will never ever come to this place ever again. If all the Taco Bell‘s start using AI instead of humans I will not go to them and neither will most of the people who are in my age bracket which is a huge demographic. I hope Taco Bell corporate is paying attention because you people are replacing humans with AI, which absolutely sucks for money. Good luck greedy capitalists.

This location is always out of basic items like drinks or even ground beef if you go at inconvenient times (past 9 or 10 pm). Just went to pick up my order right after they opened at 9:00 am and they told me the food wouldn’t be ready for another 30 minutes! When asked if there was a way to cancel my order or speak to someone about the inconvenience, I was met with rude behavior and harsh words from who I’m assuming is the manager on shift. I would never recommend this location to anyone.
