Hardee's

I hate to leave a bad review cuz its always fast service an workers are always friendly, but ive brought it up to them a few times that there cinnamon biscuits are Always burnt dry an hard as a rock and it don't matter if i come at 5am or 11am that's how they are! There so called sausage gravy is usually watered down pepper gravy w no sausage I don't understand how u all are ok to sale this to ur customers if u wouldn't eat it urself don't sale it I kept thinking maybe it will be good this time so I go back an try it at different times but no its always the same an im done spending my money here Bojangels is right up the road

Hands down the worst Hardee's I've ever been to. Not only did the drive thru worker fail to listen to the order multiple times, they were careless with my grits and it was given to me with the remnants spilled all over the paper bag and it soaked my sausage biscuit. There were also hairs in my sausage gravy and eyelashes, which was more upsetting.

If your store is completely drive through, how about having a sign that clearly states that. Being obnoxiously rude to a travel weary customer who saw one sign directing them to another door, only to find it locked wasnt necessary. The man who did this was white, over 6 feet and had dark brown hair. 5:30pm on 19 Dec 2025. Do better corporate.

Waited at drive through speaker for 10 mins no answer. Line behind us. No one order was being taking Lady at drive through playing on the phone Normally a good Hardee’s eat there once or twice a week for breakfast but now my I’ll just drive extra time to Bojangles

I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking to use the Hardee's app. They don't take any orders or give discounts and earn rewards here because they're not affiliated wth the app. I order from this Hardee's because it's one of the local restaurants in Grand Bay. The food is usually pretty good however they place the containers in the bags standing up instead of sideways and food sometimes becomes messier than it should be.
