Taco Bell

I live very close by. I don't go here often, but everyone in a while I like to have my "cheat" meals. The last 2 times I have been here my food has been made incorrectly, I don't see it until I get home. I'm not going to load my kids back up and go back out. It's extremely frustrating. Last time I was able to go back. I didn't have a receipt because they're never given out. The teenager at the window told me to pull up. When I got up there two of them just stared at me. Rudely asked if I had the incorrectly made food. I did, but didn't know they wanted it back because most places won't take food back. She snatched it out of my hand quickly threw the correctly made order at me and walked away with an eye roll. Customer service doesn't exist here

I recently have been so disappointed with multiple visits to our local Taco Bell. Their service is quick and efficient, their staff is kind, but quality has been suffering. The past few visits I've gone, all of my food tends to be lacking in some way or another. Crunch wraps with no meat, quesoritos with no cheese. I don't expect much from a fast food place, but I do believe that if I order food, it should come as described. It's more worth it at this point to drive to Leominster and go to Moe's.

It was ok the sweet lightning seems like its always out of flavor and the doritos tacos when i get them are always broken and soggy

Even though they got our order wrong food was good! Unfortunately they don’t have the option to order via their app at the Gardner location they need to change that.

They listen to one of my earlier reviews. It took a while but they finally updated the interior of the. Brought it more up-to-date for a Kentucky fried Chicken. There's now a big Red Barn Yard wall which looks great, and pictures of the colonel and more. The chairs and tables have been updated as well. it's more comfortable sitting down and eating there now that it was for a very long time, which kept me and my family away. There's some new faces on the staff, a few more smiles, and they're doing a good job getting the orders out. Happy to increase my star rating.
