Firstly I pulled up and no one answered the drive thru, I pulled to the window asked the worker if they were open she said yes and gave me my drink, I waited about an hour to get my order didn't even see an employee, a worker came out around the 45 minute mark and I asked him where my order was he then left his CAR DOOR OPEN went back into the store and never came back out I had to pull through the drive thru multiple times through the drive thru and it wasn't until I called 911 because there was a homeless guy smoking fentanyl and trying to get me to roll my window down and harassing the workers, there's was also another homeless guy just standing in the drive thru lane staring into the building. Everyone in this store needs to be drug tested I don't even feel safe eating my food it took

Lately been told 30 minutes plus for any order because only 1 person is working. For that worker sorry for being upset but why even have the place open. Contact New Mexico Labor Department let them know your situation and get out of there.

On a family road trip, I stopped by here because my family went to starbucks right next door, and I wanted some taco bell because like, why not. I love me some taco bell. Excited to have a $7 Delux Box, I walked up to the front end ready to order. There were 3 people working the cook station, 1 person taking drive thru orders. I waited for about 15 minutes standing up there, no one came to ask me if I wanted to order or anything let alone even looked at me. So I just left the store without ordering anything. Very, very disappointed with this action taco bell. How can I live Mas if no one even bothers to see if I'm living at all.

Awful service this past month. They say it’ll be 30 minutes every time I go through drive up when there’s no one in line.

Food was old an stale no fresh taste no greet very disappointed with the customer service I don’t appreciate it I was tired an just wanted to have dinner
