305 Fire Pizza

Best pizza I’ve ever had. Every pizza is good, but I highly recommend the mutton zucchini and trying whatever the current omakase (chef’s choice) pizza is. The menu is creative and I’ve never had anything I didn’t like. You can get classic pepperoni or combo pizza too of course. Other menu highlights - corn cookies and the unsweetened ice tea. Excellent atmosphere (especially outside by the pond), friendly staff, quality ingredients, amazing crust & homemade sauces, all-around incredible food. A locally-owned gem here in Gallup.

First time dining & after our meal…. I’m sure it will not be the last. We ordered the appetizer, pepperoni pizza, margarita pizza & a kids cheese pizza. The bread was very delicious & from what the owner mentioned, it’s a non gmo specialty grain of wheat. The bread wasn’t heavy or felt like it expands after eating. The basil was fresh & the margarita pizza reminded me of my trip to Italy. My son enjoyed his pie, its was small & cut in manageable slices. He even had a pepperoni slice (he is particular to pepperoni) The sauce had flavor of freshness & homemade. The brick oven cooking left the pepperonis cooked & not dry or over done. Our first time at 305 and it won't be our last! We're from Ft. Worth,Texas and we were visiting kids and grands this week. Let me tell you..one of the best pizzas we've ever had but the ranch dressing..OMG!! Hubby had pepperoni and I had the Omakasa, both were fabulous!

You can order just pepperoni, but what this place does best is flavors! Their Omakase (chef’s monthly special) is so GREAT every month. It seems like it will be a little weird, but then the flavors meld and pop at the same time! The wood fired sourdough crust is chewy and flavorful. And then the service is so good, with very involved and friendly owners and nice staff. The atmosphere of the place is so sweet. The outside seating is heated and warm enough for shorts in the winter, but inside has a couple of different spaces too with a relaxed vibe and local, rotating artwork on the walls.

It’s hard to find the words to describe 305. The owners are so wonderful and the menu is incredible. They are pretty genius when it comes to food. The staff really know how to set an atmosphere that is welcoming to everyone! Such a gem! And they add such a great vibe to downtown Gallup!
