Taco Bell

Put in an online order I get there, tell them my name and they start my order. I get to the window now there's a mix up with my order and they are just now making it. I pull around and wait. I get my food but I'm missing the sour cream and creamy garlic sauce. I go inside and ask for the sauce and they give me sour cream and bell sauce. The customer service at this location was bad.

The afternoon crew at the Forest hill tx location is deplorable the health department has been contacted about food safety as they refused to remake an order that had been sitting out at room temperature for over an hour as the weather was bad and couldn't pic it up until then i want a contact from Taco Bell corporate as the workers were very rude and threatening in their controversial manner they handled the matter all wrong and still walked out with potentially dangerous food

Stayed in area two weeks tried drive thru three times had issue with communication and speaker. Go inside on kiosk does not work. Other does not have what I want on it. Go to cash register and place order credit card machine did not work either. Worst experience ever at taco bell. Place needs new management and staff as far as I am concerned or shut down. So it does not ruin the taco bell name. Never got any food

The Hispanic women that work the front register need to at least acknowledge their customers. If you want to act like you don’t know English cool but at least acknowledge your customers and anyone that comes through that front door. Also why aren’t the workers wearing any gloves?!?!

My niece ordered a box and a couple other tacos for the family to split. We were missing 2 or 3 items, and we received a taco with no meat just lettuce and cheese. I tried calling them and they never answer their phones. Don't order from this location unless you want to get robbed.
