Dunkin'

Ok so I have been here about 6 times...3 on the weekdays and 1 on a Sunday and 2 pick up orders. My coffee is always crafted to perfection. They are very consistent with how they make it. And my food is great too. I've had great customer service. They are really new so I think the negative reviews could just be them being a work in progress. But I haven't had a bad experience. And my pickup orders were always ready when I got there and it's really clean inside. I'm going to be sad when people learn about this spot lol but hey I love dunkin. Stay consistently great and good luck in your growth! Your doing great!

I normally come through the drive-through but today I just decided to stop in great location great energy great staff slow service sad to say.

Lisa is super kind and sweet! Her personality is great and she has great customer service! Getting the blueberry breeze refresher with lemonade and a blueberry cake donut was the best choice

I go out of my way to frequent this location in particular. I used to frequent the Dunkin on Precinct Line Rd. because it’s very close to my job, my drink was never consistent, the saddest part is I get the same drink every morning (Large Iced Dunkalatte, 5 caramel, and cold foam). After several tries I finally gave up on that particular location. Next fail was at the Dunkin on Pipeline Rd. which is again on my way to work, I’ve gotten half filled drinks, (except maybe twice) with a heck of a lot of cold foam, I don’t request light ice either. Now Forest Hill, it’s the consistency for me, the only issue I’ve had is when someone forget about the cold foam, which is understandable for an iced latte, I get it no hard feelings at all. I pay almost $9 for my drink every morning, I’m a faithf

This place just open one week ago and the customer service is horrible. I've never been to Dunkin and with this type of service i will never go again. I spent over $30 and it wasn't even worth it. The loaded hash browns were the most disappointing item of them all.
