First visit. The service was fast and friendly. I love the sel-serve chips. Fantastic food. Will definitely return. Luz is super nice and helpful.

Got to stop by this place if you live in the DFW area. Best food, and service ever. Food is 10 out of 100. Im in here at least once or twice a week. The atmosphere unbelievable. And make sure you see Luz best customer service as well.

When I entered the store I was greeted warmly by this lovely lady named Luz. We exchanged conversations and she provided great service. She needs recognition for her hard work.

When we got there to order our food, it took them forever to take our order and when we got that order taken, it took them forever to get our order out to us. I had to get up out the car and go inside. My order is sitting on the counter and they’re in the back and we have to be back by 1130 and when we get our food the sauce and everything is all over the place we don’t even have what we asked for just horrible experience today I was just like my money bag for all three orders that was placed

I love pollo Regio, their food is always delicious but sometimes the customer service is a hit or miss. Luz assisted me today in the drive through line and she was so kind and awesome. Will definitely be returning to this location. The Regio bowl is my favorite and never disappoints.
