Slow service during after lunch hours. Order several items where the ground beef was overcooked. Crispy chicken strips were so burnt they were almost like jerky.

Taco shell was crushed, despite being immediately handed the bag. The chips tasted like the fryer oil hadn't been changed in a month, and they forgot several side orders. Is the bare minimum really that hard?

This was my first time eating there since they reopened had to constantly repeat ourselves at the drive-thru trying to order once we finally got our order placed they told us they were out of one of the things we had ordered so we go back through trying to order something different then we go to pay I heard the way you tell the guy he was running the card they were out of Dr pepper instead of asking he went and ran my card and ask me if I want something else then when we get our food it's wrong I do not recommend at all this restaurant is terrible and on top of that it took like 20 minutes to get our food and there was no one else in the Drive-Thru

Taco bell and KFC are connected. But I was ordering from the KFC menu. It took close to 10-15 minutes untill they took my order. They were out of biscuits and out of corn. The workers were nice and polite. The faculty was clean and well keeled. Poor rating because the slow service and being out of food.

No ice, all machinery holding the chicken is filthy dirty, no toilet paper in the restroom, the restroom was filthy dirty. They were out of many items on the menu on the KFC side. The facility is not kept up with, the employees weren't very pleasant to each other nor customers. The chicken taste like it is cooked in old grease. The dining area tables were not clean, not were the chairs.
